剧情：
皮埃尔（斯特凡·德·胡特 Stéphane De Groodt 饰）、伊美（奥雷·阿蒂卡 Aure Atika 饰），埃里克（彼埃尔·弗兰斯科·马丁·拉弗尔 Pierre-François Martin-Laval 饰）、佩内洛普（露易丝·布尔昆 Louise Bourgoin 饰）是两对结婚多年的父亲，他们彼此四人亦都是好友，彼此之间感情十分的深厚。 但不幸的事，在皮埃尔和佩内洛普之间，逐渐产生了超越了友谊的情谊，担心这段违背了伦理道德的感情会伤害所有人，于是，他们准备分手，并且决定在分手之前再爱最后一次。哪知道，上帝给他们开了一个天大的玩笑，当激情过后，第二天两人醒来时却发现，他们的灵魂进入了彼此的身体，无奈之下，他们只得假扮对方，开始体味他们不曾了解的生活。
